A pronounced low-pressure system over northern Italy will have crossed our region from south to north by Friday morning, significantly weakening as it moves through. This will lead to a lasting calming of the weather, although Friday will still be changeable and not entirely stable everywhere. Essentially, north of the main Alpine ridge, largely dry weather conditions will return. There will be pleasant and at times even prolonged sunny weather over the extended Easter weekend. At the same time, temperatures will remain at an early summer-like warm level. Starting Tuesday next week, more unsettled April weather is expected for the following days, but temperatures will only decrease slightly.
