From June 28th, 2024 we are looking for a chef to support our team (m/f/d) in the 4****s Hotel Fliana in the center of Ischgl. We look forward to receiving your application!

Independent management of the assigned post
Management of a commis de cuisine
quality control of goods
Working according to strict hygiene guidelines (HACCP)

Completed training as a chef
Experience in the upscale hotel industry would be an advantage
Very good knowledge of food, in-depth technical knowledge
Willingness to learn and develop, ability to work in a team
Punctuality, honesty, flexibility, conscientiousness, sense of responsibility
Motivation and pleasure in cooking

The Fliana is a 4- star -Superior - Hotel in a sunny and quiet location on a southern slope in Ischgl . The ski slope leads directly to the hotel. The spa area at Hotel Fliana offers an indoor pool, a sauna, a solarium, a blossom bath , and several relaxation areas.
