Continue at 45° C in our Warm & Happy Aroma Steam Bath.Even more sweaty fun awaits you in the Dress on Bio Sauna - a 60° C warm experience for the whole family. A wild 85° C will really heat you up in our Finnish sauna. It's not called Hot Mountain for nothing.And the highlight of our SpaMOUNT? The outdoor sauna with a view of the Tyrolean mountains.
Of course, we also take care of your well-being between sauna sessions at our **** Superior Wellnesshotel in Paznauntal. Enjoy delicious snacks, fresh fruit and drinks at the snack bar and loll on our relaxation loungers in the Outdoor Living Room!
Our sauna area is open from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.!
The opening hours of the sauna area differ! The sauna is open daily from 14:00 to 20:00 and an appointment is requested.
