Coordination and responsibility for the entire service process
Duty roster creation, staff planning & team management
Ensuring excellent and friendly canopy service
Guest care and placement of guests
Wine recommendations as a sommelier
Group reservations with menu arrangements
Daily and weekly billing of the restaurant cash desk

Completed vocational training in gastronomy
Relevant professional experience in the service area of a gourmet restaurant, ideally as a restaurant manager
Training as a qualified sommelier
Organizational and communication talent with strong service orientation
Ability to motivate others / lead a team
High sense of responsibility
Flexibility, teamwork and resilience
Excellent German and English skills
