Marienkapelle in Habigen

See

The Marienkapelle is the only chapel in See where regular services are still held. Two clerical gentlemen rendered outstanding services to this chapel: Josef Mallaun, a catechist from Habigen, financed the construction in 1882. The design for the neoclassical altar was drawn by Friedrich Maurer, a cooperator. The painter Mathias Schmid donated a picture of the Virgin Mary to the chapel in his hometown.
