Spring highlights in Kappl & See: lodge rally, closing concert, Watersurf Contest and Easter party

In spring 2025, the Kappl & See ski area invites you to four extraordinary events that perfectly combine winter sports, music and entertainment. It all kicks off with the lodge rally on 29 March 2025, where three different bands perform at three different huts. On 30 March 2025, Kappl will bid farewell to the old Diasbahn cable car with a final concert by the ‘Grubertaler’. At the Watersurf Contest in See on 19 April 2025, winter sports enthusiasts venture across the ice-cold water basin. On 21 April 2025, the Easter party on the Medrigalm with the ‘Pfunds-Kerle’ invites you to the perfect end to the season.

As winter slowly draws to a close, things get really spectacular once again in Paznaun. On 29 March 2025, guests can look forward to a unique musical experience at the lodge rally when three bands provide the best atmosphere at three huts. On 30 March 2025, it's time to say goodbye to the old Diasbahn cable car in Kappl. There will be an atmospheric afternoon at the mountain station with the ‘Grubertaler’, who will provide the perfect end to the season with their rousing sounds. At the Watersurf Contest on 19 April 2025, brave skiers, snowboarders and creative tinkerers take on the challenge of crossing an ice-cold moat - without going swimming. Immediately afterwards, the Sunset Beats on the Medrigalm provide an exuberant atmosphere amidst the impressive mountain scenery. Two days later, on 21 April 2025, another highlight awaits with the Easter party on the Medrigalm. With live music from the ‘Pfunds-Kerle’, Tyrolean specialities and a relaxed atmosphere, the ski season comes to an end in the best possible way.

Lodge rally in See: three bands at three huts
On 29 March 2025, the See ski area invites you to a lodge rally. Winter sports fans can enjoy live music at three huts. The ‘Lumpenmander’ will kick things off at 11:00 in the Gratli. Afterwards, ‘Marco Wahrstaetter’ will take over the stage as a duo from 13:00 to 15:00 at the Ascher Hütte. To round things off, the band ‘Oidhoiz’ will provide the atmosphere on the Medrigalm from 15:00 to 18:00. Admission is free with a valid ski pass.

Closing concert in Kappl: The ‘Grubertaler’ bid farewell to the Diasbahn cable car
On 30 March 2025, the old Diasbahn cable car in Kappl will be bid farewell after decades of loyal service. From 13:00 to 16:00, an atmospheric afternoon full of music and nostalgia will take place at the Diasbahn mountain station. The ‘Grubertaler’ will provide the perfect atmosphere with their rousing songs and bring the ski season to a fitting end with a musical celebration. Be there when we look back together on the best moments with the Diasbahn and celebrate this historic farewell. Admission is free with a valid ski pass.

Watersurf Contest in See: who will stay dry?
On 19 April 2025 from 11:00, skiers, snowboarders and creative hobbyists will compete against each other with their self-built vehicles on the Medrigalm. The Crazy Vehicle class is all about creativity - the more unusual the vehicle, the better. The goal: to cross a 15 metre long and 2.5 metre deep water surface without getting wet. After each run, the run-up is shortened until only the best remain dry. The winners can look forward to prize money totalling 2,000 euros. Registration takes place directly on site until 11:00 a.m., the entry fee is 10 euros per person. After the contest, the Sunset Beats invite you to a cosy finale.

Easter party in See: musical finale with the ‘Pfunds-Kerle’
The party mood continues on 21 April 2025. At the Easter party on the Medrigalm, the well-known Tyrolean band ‘Pfunds-Kerle’ will provide the best entertainment on the sun terrace from 14:00 to 18:00. With Tyrolean music and culinary delicacies, guests can enjoy the Easter holidays to the full. Admission is free with a valid ski pass.
