Receptionist / Office

I'm looking for a flexible and dedicated person for reception or the office. The main task will be day-to-day reception work. The office is being expanded, and you have opportunities for advancement – ​​I'm open to new opportunities. All eventualities can be discussed individually. As a young, modern boss, I'm extremely flexible regarding working hours. You also have the option of taking extended vacations. I'm looking to develop someone and have them on the team long-term.

Main tasks:

  1. Reception and care of guests:

    • Friendly and professional reception of guests.
    • Support with check-in and check-out processes.
    • Answering guests’ questions and concerns.
  2. Telephone and email communication:

    • Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
    • Processing email inquiries and reservations.
    • Managing correspondence with guests and suppliers.
  3. Administration and organization:

    • Management and maintenance of the guest database.
    • Management of reservations and bookings.
    • Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  1. Flexibility and commitment:

    • Willingness to respond flexibly to the needs of the company.
    • High motivation and commitment to the tasks.
  2. Communication skills:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Friendly and professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
  3. Organizational skills:

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
    • Careful and structured way of working.
  4. Teamwork skills:

    • Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
    • Participation in team meetings and training sessions.
  5. Experience and qualifications:

    • Experience in reception or guest relations is an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and common hotel software systems.
  6. Customer orientation:

    • High level of service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people.
    • Willingness to respond to guests’ wishes and needs.
